Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our commercial construction team. This role is essential in shaping, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces on a variety of projects. Reporting to the Superintendent, you'll use hand and power tools to perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation. Mechanical knowledge, blueprint reading, and basic carpentry skills are highly valued to ensure project success and quality outcomes.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of commercial concrete finishing experience (walls, footings, flatwork)
  • Proficient in site prep, form setting, cutting, and finishing to spec
  • Skilled with trowels, floats, screeds, rakes, and other concrete tools (manual and powered)
  • Must be able to read blueprints
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must own personal hand tools
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working in various conditions (heights, enclosed spaces, weather)
  • Willing to work indoors/outdoors and overtime as needed
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
