Responsibilities - Service Writer:

• Guide customers through the auto maintenance and repair process
• Advise customers on service options and costs and schedule appointments
• Greet customers, answer questions and offer additional services including special promotions
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
• Review completed work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI scores

Qualifications - Service Writer:

• Auto Service Writer experience is preferred but not required
• Good customer service, computer and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• An energetic self-starter that's conscientious, pleasant and dependable 
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
